Source of many nutrients and benefits, this new colorful drink of Australian origin stimulates our body and strengthens our immune system. This drink also called “Smurf Latte” is a good alternative to stimulants such as caffeine.It is spirulina, this algae with antioxidant properties very rich in iron and nutrients, which gives this magnificent blue tint to the latte.It only takes about ten minutes to prepare this hot and pleasant drink. Very easy to make with coconut milk or other vegetable milk, honey, and spirulina powder. Pour a teaspoon of blue spirulina into a cup and then a small drop of hot water to dilute the powder well. At the same time, froth your vegetable milk then pour the hot milk over your spirulina mixture. Add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to remove the seaweed and saltiness!You can also add grated ginger and lemon, as a topping, a few petals of rose, lavender or blueberry, colored vermicelli, turmeric... Let your imagination run wild.
